CELP Hospitality Management Students Shine in Cake Decoration Training

On April 11, 2026, CELP Hospitality Management students participated in an engaging, hands-on cake decoration training titled “Cake It Till You Make It!”, led by Chef Josephine Alcantara.
The activity provided students with the opportunity to learn new techniques and enhance their skills in cake design and presentation. From mastering detailed designs to creating their own sweet masterpieces, the session allowed them to explore their creativity while gaining valuable practical experience in the culinary field.
More than just a training, the experience strengthened the students’ passion for the culinary arts and highlighted their commitment to excellence in hospitality and service.
