On May 2, 2026, NSTP students of Centro Escolar Las Piñas successfully conducted a community outreach program aimed at promoting health awareness and social responsibility.
Prior to the event, students worked together to prepare personal hygiene kits, food packs, and activity materials, ensuring the smooth implementation of the program. Community members and their families were warmly welcomed and participated in various activities, including icebreakers, a Zumba session, and a free blood pressure monitoring service facilitated by Nursing students.
One of the highlights of the outreach was the Personal Hygiene Seminar conducted by Mr. Jericho Escobar, which emphasized the importance of proper hygiene practices, health maintenance, and disease prevention. Following the seminar, personal hygiene kits were distributed to all participants.
The outreach program provided meaningful learning experiences for NSTP students while fostering community engagement and promoting health and wellness among participants. It also reflected Centro Escolar Las Piñas' commitment to service, compassion, and community development.
